Yavuz Arda Yıldız

Yavuz Arda Yıldız is responsible for managing the Investor Relations function at Doğuş Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret A.Ş. He graduated with high honors from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2018. Following his experience in independent auditing, he joined Doğuş Otomotiv in 2020. Mr. Yıldız completed his master’s degree in the Financial Engineering and Risk Management (FERM) Program at Özyeğin University with high distinction, earning specialization certificates in Financial Data Analysis (FDA) and Financial Risk Management (FRM) within the program. His academic studies culminated in a thesis titled “The Impact of Being Listed in the BIST Sustainability Index and Corporate Governance Principles on the Financial Performance of Companies.”

 

Mr. Yıldız currently leads the Investor Relations Department and works closely with the senior management team. He holds Capital Market Activities Level III, Corporate Governance Rating, Credit Rating, and Derivatives licenses. In addition to serving as a bridge between the company and the investment community, he is responsible for Corporate Governance Rating processes and is a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. Mr. Yıldız also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
