Dogus Otomotiv Human Resources Department applies a number of methods during the recruitment process including interviews, reference check and evaluation methods.
After the employee resume reaches the recruitment unit, whether it is through the database or through classified advertisements, a one-on-one interview is scheduled with the eligible applicant. Once the prospective candidate is approved, further measurement and evaluation tests are required.
The favorable applicants are introduced to the managers of the relevant department; subsequent to a reference check, the selected applicant is offered a job position.
The applications not considered for the relevant position are stored in the database for future reference and possible consideration in other positions. All applicants are informed of the result of their application.
