In the decision number 9133 taken on 10.9.2020 by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) it was declared; “According to the most current information of the Banks Association of Turkey Risk Center, it has been decided to get a rating from a rating agency authorized by the Board until 30.6.2021 so that companies other than banks and financial institutions with a total risk of TL 500 million and above, including the loan requested in the banking sector, can use loans. It has also been decided that the aforementioned rating grade shall keep its validity in accordance with the provisions in sub-clause (g) of paragraph 4 of article 12 of the Regulation on Principles Regarding the Authorization and Activities of Rating Agencies and paragraph (f) of paragraph 8 of article 15 as of the loan application date.
