Emir Ali Bilaloğlu, a graduate of the Engineering Faculty of Berlin Technical University, worked at Doğuş Otomotiv in 2000, responsible for Business Development and Strategy. In 2001, he served in the United Arab Emirates as the Founding General Manager of Audi AG, responsible for Dubai. He returned to Turkey in 2004 and was appointed General Manager of the Audi and Porsche brands within Doğuş Otomotiv. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Doğuş Otomotiv in June 2007. He was unanimously elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at Doğuş Otomotiv's 2017 Ordinary General Assembly. In addition to his Chairmanship, Bilaloğlu also serves as Chairman of the Executive Board. Bilaloğlu also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğuş Oto, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Doğuş Holding, Yüce Auto, Volkswagen Doğuş Finance (vdf), Doğuş Technology, and Doğuş Customer Systems, all companies within the Doğuş Group. Bilaloğlu also serves on the Executive Board of the Turkish-German Business Council at DEİK (Department of Economic and Commerce Board of Turkey), which provides consultancy on foreign economic relations, and actively participates as a member of the Advisory Board of the TÜSİAD Berlin Bosphorus Initiative.
Bebekoğlu, a graduate of Middle East Technical University's Faculty of Engineering, completed his postgraduate studies at Bilkent University. Having joined Doğuş Group in 1998, Bebekoğlu currently serves as General Manager of the Digital Transformation and Corporate Communications Department.
After graduating from Istanbul Technical University's Faculty of Engineering and completing the Finance and Marketing Certificate program at Boğaziçi University, Bottaro joined the Doğuş Group in 2003. Bottaro, who serves as General Manager of Volkswagen Passenger Cars, also serves as Chairman of the Board of Doğuş Charging Systems, which was founded in 2023.
Gürsoy, who graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, joined the Doğuş Group in 2000.
Anıl Gürsoy has served as Brand General Manager for SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, and DOD.
After completing the Business Administration Certificate program at the University of California at Los Angeles, Güven joined the Doğuş Group in 1999. Having served as General Manager of the Audi-Bentley and Lamborghini brands, Güven also serves as General Manager of the Doğuş Marine Services brands since 2024.
Graduated from Hacettepe University, Engineering Faculty, Mr. Mustafa Karabayır obtained his Master’s degree at University of Durham. Joined to Doğuş Group in 1998, Mr. Mustafa Karabayır is now holding the position of General Manager of Logistic Services.
Tolga Senyücel graduated from Marmara University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and completed his postgraduate studies at National University San Diego, California. Senyücel joined the Doğuş Group in 1999 and served as General Manager of Yüce Auto Motor Vehicles Trade Inc. Skoda from 2013 to 2018. As of 2018, Senyücel became General Manager of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and currently serves as General Manager of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Scania, DOD Heavy Vehicles, Thermo King, Meiller, and Wielton brands, as well as the Gebze and Tuzla Retail locations.
Kerem Talih, who graduated from Istanbul University's Department of Economics in English and joined Doğuş Group in 1999, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He also serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Şarj Sistemleri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. which was founded in 2023.
