RISK MANAGEMENT

At Doğuş Otomotiv, risk management is one of the core management areas that supports the company’s strategic priorities, operational continuity, financial resilience, and stakeholder trust.

The corporate risk management approach is based on the COSO Enterprise Risk Management framework, and sustainability-related risks are assessed within the existing financial, operational, strategic, compliance, reputational, and external environment risk categories. Topics such as climate, energy, mobility transformation, charging infrastructure, supply chain, customer trust, digitalization, information security, employee competencies, ethics, and compliance are linked to the corporate risk universe. The likelihood and impact of risks are assessed, responsibilities and action plans are defined, and monitoring results are communicated to the relevant management levels.
