Human Rights and Equality at Work

Gender Equality, as among the priorities of Doğuş Otomotiv under the heading of human rights, has continued to be of great importance for us in 2019. We are trying both to increase the number of women employees and to make them more active in decision making mechanisms through the “Coaching and Mentoring Women Program” which we have been running since 2014. The number of women managers who have participated in the Program has reached 125.
