Authorized Dealer and Service Corporate Governance and Sustainability Assessment Program (KYSDP)
The Corporate Governance and Sustainability Assessment Program (KYSDP) was launched by Doğuş Otomotiv in 2021 as a pilot project with four Authorized Dealers and Services. The program aims to raise awareness about corporate governance and sustainability in Authorized Dealers and Services, guiding our business partners to improve their performance in these areas.
The first phase of the program officially started in 2023, involving 15 Authorized Dealers and Services. This phase aims to assess approximately 20% of our authorized dealers and services in terms of corporate governance and sustainability based on international standards. Through this assessment, participants can evaluate their current status and receive an action plan to support their improvement efforts.
The program is based on the IFC Corporate Governance and Sustainability Assessment Program criteria for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). It also includes interim meetings and informational sessions designed to help participants monitor their annual progress. In 2023, seven individual meetings were held with Authorized Dealers and Services, and an additional main launch meeting was organized. This event, attended by approximately 40 senior executives and representatives, featured a general sustainability training session.
