The training activities for the Dogus Otomotiv Group employees are planned based on the needs and in accordance with the Values and Competencies. The training sessions include trainings on competencies, knowledge and skill. All training sessions are held at the Training Center, consisting of 4 floors, located at the Sekerpinar Headquarters sitting over an area of 4,000 square meters. The center is able to host 500 attendants every day.
