Yavuz Arda Yıldız assumes the management responsibilities of the Investor Relations and Risk Management functions at Doğuş Otomotiv Servis ve Ticaret A.Ş. Following his graduation from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 2018 with high honors, he joined Doğuş Otomotiv in 2020 after two years of Independent Audit experience. Mr. Yıldız got his master's degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Management Program at Özyeğin University and received Financial Data Analysis and Financial Risk Management specialization certificates from the same department. He continues his academic studies with his thesis on "The Impact of Being Listed in the BIST Sustainability Index and Corporate Governance Principles on the Financial Performance of Companies".

Mr. Yıldız currently manages the investor relations department and works closely with the senior management team. He is also the holder of Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Licenses. In addition to acting as a bridge between the company and the investment community, he is also responsible for Corporate Governance Rating and serves as a member of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. Mr. Yildiz also has completed his Certified Public Accountant internship and is waiting for the exam to receive the title.
