The success story of Doğuş Otomotiv that we tell with pride revolves around three main axes: Manufacturers, our dealer network that delivers these products to the customers, and the technological infrastructure that enables us to do our business at this level.
These three axes are built on the foundation of “people”, our employees. We at Doğuş Otomotiv know that employees are the most important assets of a company. In line with this perspective, seven years ago we released our first Corporate Responsibility Report prepared in accordance with the framework of the Global Reporting Initiative, GRI, which is supported by the United Nations and used by some of the largest international corporations. Since the release of that report as a first in the Turkish automotive industry, we, as an organization that constantly learns and engages with its stakeholders, have continued to increase our contributions to our community, the environment and the economy.
We are also carrying out activities through our “Traffic is Life” corporate responsibility platform since we launched it in 2004 for the purpose of raising awareness and perception of traffic safety among the public. Our aim is to create positive cultural change toward road safety through concentrated activities.
All of these efforts that we put in and the activities we carry out without any compromise from quality and success continue to place us regularly at the top of reputation studies that respectable organizations and publications release every year, and we regard this accomplishment as recognition by our customers.
