Hasan Hüsnü Güzelöz, Attorney At Law

After working as an independent lawyer and serving Holding companies as legal counsel until 1995, Hasan Hüsnü Güzelöz joined the Doğuş Group in 1996.

Hasan Hüsnü Güzelöz previously served as Board Member and Legal Counsel at: AGF Garanti Insurance, Garanti Investment and Commerce Bank, Garanti Equity Securities JSC, Garanti Portfolio Management JSC, and Garanti Mutual Fund JSC, Tansaş Food Retailers JSC, Doğuş Otomotiv Service and Trade JSC and Doğuş Oto Marketing and Trade JSC as well as Doğuş Media Group companies. In May 2017, he established HHG Hasan Hüsnü Güzelöz Law and Consultancy Office. Güzelöz continues to serve as Deputy Chairman at Doğuş Media Group Companies; Board Member at Doğuş Real Estate Investment Trust JSC.; and Legal Counsel at Doğuş Otomotiv Group Companies, Doğuş Real Estate Investment Trust and Garanti Garanti Equity Securities JSC. Mr. Güzelöz is the Head of the Disciplinary Committee of the Turkish Capital Markets Association.

Hasan Hüsnü Güzelöz is a graduate of Faculty of Law at Istanbul University, and currently teaches Capital Markets Law at Kadir Has University Law School and Competition Law at Faculty of Law at MEF University. Mr. Güzelöz holds Capital Market Activities Level 3  license and Corporate Governance Rating license.
